Practical support
Each package of care is tailored to suit individual needs. The service is available seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year.
The help offered can be PERSONAL, which is not professional nursing care, but can include assistance with:-
Shopping – for you, or with you
Meal preparation
Laundry
Housework
Accompanied outings or social interaction
Sitting service – enabling a family member to have a break.
The aim of the service is to provide reliable and practical support to people in their own homes, which is responsive to changing need, and carefully monitored to ensure continued quality.
